This Privacy Policy explains how Stamp Studio ("we," "us," "the app") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the app. Stamp Studio is operated by dafbydesign, based in South Africa, and this policy is written to comply with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), as well as general good practice for users elsewhere.

1. Information We Collect

What we collect depends on how you use the app:

• If you create an account: your email address and full name, used only to identify your account and managed securely through a trusted third-party authentication provider.
• Your projects: lyrics, timestamps, and notes you create within the app, stored against your account so you can access them across sessions.
• If you use Guest Mode: your project data is stored only temporarily in your browser and is automatically deleted when your session ends — it is never sent to or stored on our servers.
• Basic usage data: aggregate, non-identifying statistics such as ad impressions and clicks, used to understand how the app is used and to report performance to sponsors.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account
• To save and sync your projects
• To improve the app based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us — see below.

3. Third-Party Services

Stamp Studio relies on trusted third-party providers for account authentication and database storage, and — where active — advertising. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on our behalf. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function, and we do not sell or otherwise trade your data to any third party.

4. Children's Privacy

This section exists to comply with data protection laws (such as the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) that place extra requirements on services that knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. We do not specifically target or knowingly collect additional personal information from children under 13 beyond what's needed for basic account functionality. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it promptly.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
